This 2,400 square foot townhouse is in gated community, built in 2020. Stay in the Parker Strip area situated between the Keys and the golf course, just minutes from Foxes and Roadrunner. Two car garage is deep enough for your rails, watercraft or small boat. Public boat launch is just minutes away with beach access only 0.1 mile away at the BLM day use area. After enjoying a day on the river enjoy the house with high-speed internet (wi-fi and wired), smart television, and cable TV. Great choice!

Very pleasant stay in Parker. Location is good for Parker events, we would book this condo again, Clean and new, and well stocked with items you need. Parking is limited but we only had one car but could be an issue if there were more. Host is responsive, we didn't need a thing.

Very nice property minutes from Emerald Canyon Golf Course & Colorado River. Beautiful decor, clean, comfortable & quiet! Private area in back yard. Host easy to communicate with & helpful! Second time here & looking forward to next time!

Parker Thanksgiving

We had an amazing Thanksgiving stay at David’s beautiful and comfortable property in Parker, Arizona! The home was impeccably maintained, thoughtfully stocked, and perfect for relaxing. Great place to stay - if you don' mind a little construction

Great stay, beautiful home and right off the river strip. Neighbors may park in your way but are friendly when you ask if they can move cars so you can get out. Small and cozy gated community.

Everything was great the place was awesome, parking is a little tricky because we have a big truck but otherwise AWESOME. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for cooking. Beds are comfortable and the games were great for the kids!!

Impressed in Parker

Amazing stay we had at this beautifully decorated new townhome in Parker. Adjacent to the water, easy access to the Circle K store down the street for Gas and kitchen provisions. Great proximity to town and super close to Whiskey River Saloon/Restaurant (absolute must). The house was very roomy, very clean, well decorated, well equipped with every kitchen item, games, toilettries, everything you would need. Like staying a top of the line hotel. And really cold AC! We absolutely loved our stay. Thank you!

Excellent Place “Inside”. Outside?

The house inside is immaculate. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and there’s a very nice sitting area outback. I can’t say nothing but great things about the interior of the house. The neighborhood leaves something to be desired. There’s trucks and side-by-side all over the place, sometimes blocking the driveway. We didn’t have to work from here thankfully, but the Internet is extremely slow. I don’t know if it would be enough to have a zoom call if you were trying to work. We had a heckuva time even streaming a basketball game. The Last night an alarm outside in a car or something was going off for hours earplugs took care of it, but that was annoying. The neighborhood is under construction but that wasn’t a big deal. It was more of the big trucks, blocking everything and having to jockey around the stuff. Always having a back out of the driveway down the street in reverse. We could never just turn around backing out of the garage. Maybe when all the construction is done this will get better but the two trucks right in front of the driveway never moved the entire weekend. And no workers were seen so they have to be residence.

Excellent property for hanging out in Parker!

Condo was clean and well stocked, perfect for 4-6 people, 3 couples. Main bedroom suite is huge. Beds 2 and 3 are Jack and Jill so if you're unrelated it *might be an issue. Kitchen clean and well stocked, nice outdoor area which is not fenced so you might make friends with the next door vacationers. Condo complex was quiet overall but the driveway area was quite congested with construction trucks when we were there. 2 midsized SUVs fit in the garage so it wasnt a problem. Very clean,comfortable and user friendly with light switches marked etc. Excellent host communication. RECOMMEND. We'll be back.
