Stylish & just renovated w/ lots of room! Just 10 mins to Mayfaire shopping/dining/entertainment and easy access to Wrightsville Beach & UNCW (15 mins). Many gathering spaces inside and out. Hang out and grill or relax in private fenced backyard with hammocks and fire pit. Gorgeous downstairs master w/ king and private bathroom. Upstairs gives additional privacy, another hang out space with daybed, and a desk for Zoom Calls! Home is on private cul de sac. A true home away from home
Guests can access the laundry space in the garage by using the door in the kitchen.
You have full access to entire home including entire fenced backyard with lots of privacy!

Quiet and established neighborhood only 6 miles from Wrightsville Beach and a few minutes to Mayfaire Shopping District. Tons of activities all around all year long. There is an indoor ice skating rink down the street and a also a bowling alley near by!
Car or Uber work best in this area if town. Also biking and hiking trails nearby.
Residential neighborhood. Please be courteous and neighborly. No parties. Dogs permitted with pre-approval and $100 pet fee per stay.
We're sorry, cats are not allowed at this time. Please do not relocate the fire pit to any other area in the yard as it can become as fire hazard to the house and property if moved.
