• In-ceiling Sonos speakers for enjoying your favorite tunes.

• Private dock to tie up your boat. Lifts not included. Cruise over to Gull Lake and throughout the chain.
• 8 adirondack chairs around the beach and fire pit areas.
• Outdoor shower for cleaning off before heading back inside.

• Our home has 2 standup paddle boards, 2 kayaks, basketball goal, cornhole boards, giant jenga, bocce ball, football, soccer ball, beach toys, board games and more.

This is your home away from home when you want to make memories that will last a lifetime… offering a relaxing getaway for your family or multiple families. This is a no pet and non-smoking property. No bachelor or bachelorette parties.

Lastly – our home is available year round! While our Summers are amazing, don’t forget about the beautiful Fall and Winter seasons we also enjoy here in MN! We shift to a 2 night minimum in Fall/Winter to accommodate weekend getaways!

At the end of an adventurous day, cozy up by the large wood burning fireplace our home offers!

We had a great time! Everything was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. The beach was amazing and the outdoor 'toys' were a huge bonus especially with all the grandkids. It is a very spacious home so we did not feel like were on top of each other. The refrigerator did not have a filtered water system as shown in the photos so we did end up having to buy quite more bottled water than expected but not that big of a deal. We absolutely had a wonderful time and will hopefully be going back next year!!

A group of Camp Lake Hubert Alumni stayed here and we loved it. It was close to camp, on a fabulous lake, and the place was the perfect setting to have campfires, enjoy the lake, and spend time with old friends.

We had a wonderful, memorable time. Home and property were perfect. It was hard to leave. The children and adults loved the large, soft sand beach (gets very hot so possibly bring water shoes) The water is very shallow which was perfect for our littles and adults to lounge. The large lawn was freshly mowed and some how we never encountered mosquitoes! Bring sticks for your s’mores as there aren’t any supplied for the beautiful fire pit.

We had a great time at our Round Lake stay. The home is as you would expect as it is still new. There was plenty of refrigerator space in the kitchen and downstairs. The pantry area held everything we brought with more space to spare. The view to the lake was just like the pictures and the lake felt closer. With all the rain this summer the lake was high enough so we didn't have any issue getting the boat to the dock and had no issue with the small access creek to Gull Lake. Chris was very responsive to every contact.

Perfect family vacation house
Our group consisted of six adults and five children ranging in ages from 4-13. The house is gorgeous just like the photos and had plenty of room for all. Very large kitchen with open concept made it perfect for making meals and still getting to be a part of the activities. The house location is perfect as it was close to anything you may need store wise and close to downtown shopping. You also have a private beach with all of the water toys you need. The kids had an amazing time and we loved how shallow the water was for the littles. Water and beach sand were also very clean. We rented a pontoon and jet ski from a boat shop down the road and that was everyone’s favorite day! Round Lake is a smaller less busy lake (which the house sits on) so it was perfect for tubing with the kids. Round Lake connects to Gull lake which you can get to via boat and is much larger. Gull Lake was fun to drive around on with the pontoon and stop at lake restaurants. Owners were very communicative and responded almost instantly. We had the best time and couldn’t recommend more! This location will be tough to top!

Been coming to Nisswa for 30 years. Best property we have ever rented. Loved the home. Beautifully decorated. Beach was perfect. Yard great. We love Round Lake. Big enough for boating and playing. Can access Gull as long as you are a careful and skilled boated. Plenty of room for our family. Could use a few more bath towels and some wash cloths. Will definitely book again next year. Thanks for a great experience.!

Perfect Nisswa Lake House!
Just returned from a wonderful trip up north! Big backyard with fire pit, sandy beach with long gradual entry and water toys were among the highlights of this property. House was very clean and check-in/check-out was a breeze. We had two families (6 kids and 6 adults) and the space was perfect. Bunk room was great for the older kids. Just 15 mins to Nisswa for gas/groceries/booze/fire wood. Warm outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing off the sand when done at the lake. Overall wonderful experience. Just a heads up for future renters, there were little-to-no cleaning supplies, coffee, spices, etc. in kitchen and there were no beach towels and minimal bath towels. Wasn’t a major issue for us but plan accordingly if this is important to you. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. Would absolutely stay here again. 5 Stars.

Great MN Up North Weekend
We had a great stay up north! The property has an awesome beach front with a very shallow sand beach that goes well out into the lake. Kayaking and paddle boarding were a lot of fun. The backyard shed had a bunch of fun outdoor games, and there was a great fire pit. The house was great for our two families (4 adults and 4 kids). Not that it matters but as a heads up, there was nothing ‘extra’ in the kitchen - like coffee/spices/cleaning supplies/etc that we see in other rental places, so make sure you plan accordingly. Close to Nisswa for fun restaurants and shopping. Owner was very responsive to a couple questions and requests. We were there for the 4th and had a wonderful time! Highly recommend this beautiful property and prime location!

We stayed here as a group of 11 and had the most wonderful time! All of us discussed how this was the nicest property we’ve stayed at in a very long time. The inside of the house was spotless and felt clean, with everything you could possibly use in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable too. The outside was equally as pristine with stunning views of the lake, a gorgeous beach and fire place. Chris and Christie clearly illustrated the check-in and check out process, and were always quick to reply whenever we had questions! I would highly recommend staying at this property if you want a comfortable, beautiful and unforgettable experience up north!

We had a GREAT weekend staying here! Home is impeccable with a great main floor and large kitchen!! We spent most of our time on the lake and the backyard! The water is shallow and so younger kids could enjoy. We could use the kayak and paddle boards which were fun on the serene waters!! Quiet peaceful neighborhood and lake! Sunsets are amazing to watch ! Will definitely consider coming back to this place!!

We've always loved the Brainerd area and knew that one day we would find the perfect lake home that our family could make long-lasting memories in. We have 3 beautiful children that absolutely love the lake!

Why they chose this property

The panoramic views of the lake when you walk into the home will take your breath away! Only 2-2.5hrs from the Twin cities, this was the perfect location for our family. This home was recently built in 2019 with memory-making in mind. One of the biggest reasons we purchased this home is because it's on Round Lake connected to the Gull Lake Chain. You have the opportunity to explore multiple lakes throughout the chain. The other rare and exciting feature of this property is the 1 acre flat yard with a sandy shoreline beach. No steep stairs to get to the beach and the water is clear with a gradual slope entry. This home is centrally located just off 371 in Brainerd... between Nisswa and Baxter. Amazing location when you need to make a quick run to Target/Costco, need a variety of restaurants/bars or to do some fun boutique shopping in Nisswa Square.

What makes this property unique

The goal of our property is for guests to make wonderful memories while staying at a luxury lake home on the Gull Lake Chain. Everything in the home is newly furnished from the furniture, to the beds, the linens, the kitchen utensils, etc... The views of the lake and summer sunsets are truly stunning!
