Orange Beach area getaway
We loved this condo and the area! Restaurants and shopping nearby. Condo was comfortable and very relaxing. Everything was great!

many things need attention
The first thing was NO HAIR DRYER!! Even flea bag hotels have them. Chair pads were really stained, one in particular that we moved out of the room during our stay. Master bed tv waaaay too small, we couldn't read the guide from the bed, luckily we had binoculars. Need clothes hangers, pots and pans that are appropriate for the cooktop - they are all warped because of high heat, and no matching lids- also no light above working. Floors were swept & vacuumed, but need a deep cleaning- our socks were filthy from the ground in dirt. Pool was not heated during our stay when most of us are elderly and would have enjoyed going in the water. Many lights/ bulb not working. The entire place really needs a good eye for inspection- loose knobs, loose balcony tiles, loose outlets. We expected higher than average accomodations due to the amount we were charged and would not stay there again, nor recommend your particular unit. If we judged the stay by the cost , all of our reviews would be terrible.

Spring Break Fun
This is our second time staying at the Sea Chase. The property is beautiful and located on the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. Definitely worth the visit.

It was good overall.
There were several maintenance issues that should have been a concern, that you would only know if you stayed there, just little things. The recliner in the picture, I had friends, cringe at it, lol, but my husband loved it! The view was beautiful, loved the full sized washer and dryer. Yes, I would recommend.

Ideal Location, Comfortable and Clean
Unit was clean and had all we needed for a beach getaway. The walk to the beach is shorter than a lot of other properties in the area, and the pools and hot tubs were great.

Perfect location
The condo was perfectly located to easily get to everything you wanted. The property itself was ncie along with all tbe pools. The balcony was smaller than expected. The unit was spot cleaned, but if you walked on the floor with only socks or bare feet your feet/ socks were completely black. The condo could use a good mop and wipe down. 9ther than that it was great!

Poor condition of property
Sand on the floors in living room (swept up a pile myself) and bedrooms. Sand actually in one of the beds. Unit smelled of mildew and musky. LR furniture very old and unbecoming of a beach condo. Bedroom #2 wall had been patched but not painted. Same bedroom closet was dirty with major scuff marks. Master toilet was running and had to be turned off. Was actually off when we entered unit so someone knew there was a problem. Stayed one night and moved to another unit. Very disappointed based off of how it “looked” and was portrayed online.

Great location!
We had a blast! Plenty of room for me and my 3 daughters. The boardwalk to the beach is only like 60'! Very clean beach. Walk across the street for groceries, ice cream shops, liquor store, and beach shops.

Perfect Family Vacation
This was the perfect place for a family vacation. Condo was spacious and clean. Had access to all three pools and easy access to the beach. Beautiful resort-type property without the crowds! The only con was the beds. I found the beds and pillows to be very uncomfortable. Otherwise, this was the perfect vacation.

Great birthday getaway
I could not have asked for a better stay. The room was amazing, the view was great, and the location was impeccable. The on-site staff was very friendly and helpful at checkin. Will definitely be returning in the future.
