This property stands out for the terrific location and stunning views. Right across the street from the beach you can enjoy sitting on the top deck enjoying the sun and listening to the waves crash, and taking advantage of the private beach access to your own relatively quiet section of Topsail Beach. Perfectly situated between the downtown centers of Surf City (approximately 5 miles north) and Topsail Beach (approximately 2 miles south), you can make the short drive away from restaurants, ice cream shops, and fun adventures in the towns of Surf City and Topsail Beach.
