City of London Licence requires owner to reside onsite and safety devices are installed, maintained. I reside in basement suite. There are no shared spaces. I will greet upon arrival, provide orientation, then leave you to enjoy! My cat (Annabelle) is very quiet and gentle and will be with me 90% of the time. NOTE: Special Events such as group dinners, professional photos or filming should be announced at time of booking as special daily rates apply. If not approved prior, additional fees will be charged and/or your reservation declined without compensation.
