With a gorgeous architectural design and extra-large driveway. Explore the bright and cheery family room, with soaring 10' tray ceilings that leads you outside through pocket split sliding glass doors. There is comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV. Modern furnishings in neutral tones blend seamlessly with the backdrop of the pool and water views you see through the wall of sliders. Comfortable pillows on the sofa add to the soothing atmosphere. You can snuggle together to watch a show or stretch out with a book in the living room.



The formal dining room has a table for 6. The kitchen and dining flow into the great room providing an open yet comfortable living area. The kitchen is the heart of this home and boasts stainless steel appliances - dishwasher, microwave, granite counter tops, soft close cabinets, pantry, an oversized island…perfect to enjoy your Sunday brunch! Adjoining the kitchen is a nook area with a dining table and a large aquarium window overlooking the lanai & pool area.



The primary suite is a relaxing space, with a king bed, flat screen TV, and a walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom is complete with dual vanities, custom walk around shower, and dual rain shower heads. Sliders open directly onto the lanai, perfect for early day swims!



Two more bedrooms and bathroom are on the opposite side of this home giving guests a wing of their own. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, flat screen smart TV, a walk-in closet and sliders to the pool area. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a flat screen smart TV. These 2 guest bedrooms can be closed off with a pocket door for guest privacy and shared a bath that is set up as a Jack and Jill with beautiful finishes, a single vanity, and a shower-over-the-tub combination.



All linens, towels, and pool towels are provided. All bathrooms have hair dryers. The separate laundry room has a washer, dryer, and a utility sink. This home has cable TV and Wi-Fi. In the 3-car garage, you can find bikes and beach gear (includes beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler) all for guests use! This home also facilitates a convenient self-check-in lockbox process, so you can start your vacation from the moment you arrive!



On the lanai you will find an outdoor eating area where you can enjoy a meal, a glass of wine, or a game of cards. On the pool deck, you have access to a lounging area, with lovely views of the water. There is also a standalone gas grill.
