About this property

Welcome to La Petite Pineapple located downtown Pensacola! It is perfectly located half a mile to Palafox street and 8 miles to beautiful Pensacola Beach.(just a 10 minute drive). This luxury tropical beauty offers everything you need for a perfect Pensacola getaway. I live half a mile away and manage, maintain, and clean it myself and I take great pride in hosting and creating lasting memories for my guests! Message me with any questions!

This stylish charming bungalow built in 1938 is the prefect location to explore downtown Pensacola and the beach! I put my heart into this one and I'm so excited to have my second airbnb. I have a guest book on the counter full of restaurant recommendations, things to do and my favorite things.

This home provides basic spices, olive oil, tin foil and saran wrap, K-Cup and Coffeemate Creamer, cooking and baking essentials, make-up towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, all beach gear (including Turkish beach towels, 4 beach chairs, coolers and umbrella), Hotel Collection linens, Casper mattresses and pillows, hair dryers, Iron, extra blankets and hangers. A bonus is we have a record player! I'm currently working on my collection. (There is a record store on 12th Ave located in JitterBug Cafe). I really try to think of it all. If there is something I have missed, I am happy to provide. Looking forward to hosting you!

The train is near so be aware that it may be present. Also, if you have a low profile car, I recommend parking on the street, as the driveway has a bit of a dip from the curb. It will scrape the underside of your bumper. The house directly next door is the 309 Punk House. It's a non-profit art studio and housing for artists to stay and play while they are in Pensacola. Everyone is super friendly over there! Trash day is Wednesday is you need the cans emptied.

The Glorious Pineapple

I am one who is very difficult to please, but the Petite Pineapple exceeded my expectations. It felt so centralized, I only had to fill my car rental to return it, and that includes traveling out of state. Heather was super accommodating and we fell in love with the place upon arrival. My wife is disabled, and Heather helped us by installing a shower wand just for her. The bed(memory gel foam mattresses) pillow and blankets were very comfortable, snuggly soft and perfect for our needs. Super spacious and plenty of closet room. We overpacked for the beach too. It was pretty much all there. Everything smelled good and the feng shui was great.

Repeat stay

I'm a repeat booker at this location. Great location in the heart of everything. Great communication and assistance from the owner, Heather, despite some non-related personal problems we encountered and being PITAs during our stay. Heather promptly dealt with any issues that came up. The home is perfectly functional and a great use of the size.

Best property I’ve ever rented!

This place is so nice! It’s definitely the cutest rental I’ve ever had. Everything is accounted for, the host was great, and it’s a perfect location. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable

I had an overall amazing experience, the house was super clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Heather was a great host and thought of every little detail to make our stay better. The house was located very close to EVERYTHING literally the airport is 10min away and most restaurants 5-10min away the beach is 10min away definitely recommend those home if you’re looking to stay in Pensacola.

Property owner thought of nearly everything

I'd best describe the place as my friend did in the guestbook: vintage contemporary with a touch of whimsy. It's very well appointed and decorated. The appliances are high-end and modern. For what amounts to a small house, the space was well utilized with the right sized furniture. The Electrolux W/D were nice, and the dishwasher ran very quietly. Loved the large shower stall in the master bathroom and the two showerheads. The closets in each of the bedrooms were large enough. Several luggage stands were in each bedroom. However, there were no dressers due to the space limitations. There were very thoughtful touches too such as the board games and the table topics card set on the dining room table. The owner supplied shampoo, laundry detergent, and just about every condiment. It had plenty of cookware and dish sets. The coffeemaker offered the flexibility of using K-cups or ground coffee. The location was convenient and walkable to church and restaurants. The only real issue I had was not having local TV channels and a paid TV service provided. This appears to be something I've encounter half the time among Vrbo rentals. If you already subscribe to a streaming service at home, it won't be a problem since you can log into your account. We use Sling and bring a TV antenna. The owner checked on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. I'd recommend this rental for up to three people such as couples with one child or a couple with a tag along friend.
