This luxury apartment is decorated in a nautical theme, is equipped with everything necessary for a great vacation, full kitchen, linens, appliances and a beautifu view. Apartment is above a detached garage. Owners live at the house on the property, use the lower garage for fitness. Guests have access to the pier for fishing and crabbing, and for enjoying the incredible sunsets.

My husband Scott and I live at the property and are here to answer any questions about the apartment or the area. I enjoy photography, gardening, bird watching, (we have several blue bird boxes on the property) and own a small gift store in Solomons. Scott enjoys restoring cars and area sports.
Why they chose this property
The property looks over Breton Bay in a quiet neighborhood 5 miles from down town historic Leonardtown, with lots of great shopping and restaurants, and community events. Kayaks can be rented in town to paddle down The Bay. If you have your own, they can be launched from a beach are a few miles away.
