Very well maintained home located on bayside in North Beach. Hot-tub on 2nd floor deck-addendum must be signed, 50 in Plasma TV, surround sound in living area. Beach chairs, boogie boards for the beach. Good beach access right across the street at 1081 Long Beach Blvd. Back up propane tank etc. No Smoking , No Pets. 6 Beach Badges, not guaranteed by owner, if lost must be replaced.
