About this property

Lovely, recently remodeled condo with gorgeous marina and ocean views. Walking distance to the Venice Pier and wonderful restaurants. Next to the fabulous Ritz Carlton in Marina del Rey. The complex includes a full gym, three swimming pools, six tennis courts, a cafe with lunch and dinner room service, a cocktail bar and a beauty salon. Free parking. You must have multiple positive reviews from other owners to be considered by the property owner.
Property built by the Howard Hughes Company from 1970-1978. Center tower used to be a resort hotel, but now all the units are privately-owned condos.
28-day minimum rental by local rules. A lease must be signed prior to arrival. A non-refundable $400 "move-in/move out" fee is required by the complex.
The fee for the use of the pools, gym, tennis courts and related facilities is $50 per person per month which is, of course, optional and can be paid at any time during your stay.

This is a fantastic value in Marina del Rey, as the view is gorgeous, and you are within walking distance to beaches and restaurants. With access to pools, tennis courts and a gym for $50/month per person, you have everything you need for a fantastic vacation. The Ritz Carlton next door runs from about $439/night and doesn't have any rooms with a full kitchen.
