• Camera: The only camera on the property is the doorbell camera, which faces the driveway and outside entryway. It is always recording.
• Pets: Massanutten is a wonderful place to take your dog for a hike. We love our pets and hope yours can enjoy the campfire as much as you do!
• Let us know if you are considering bringing pets to make sure they will be approved. If you provide the number of pets, type, breed, and an overview of their temperament, we can expedite getting an answer back to you!
• All pets are subject to pre-approval; we reserve the right to cancel reservations that have not gotten their pets pre-approved.
• 2 pets maximum (minimal exceptions based on size and breed may be considered)
• Pet fees are $45 per pet per night. Ensure the correct number of pets are on the reservation. We will request the total amount from you after you reserve your stay.

This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners, and other guests enjoying their retreat.

NOISE

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
• Keep noise indoors during these hours.
• No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.

PARKING

• Keep all tires off the road.
• Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
• Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840).
• No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.

OUTDOOR FIRES

• High wildfire risk area!
• No open fires.
• No unattended fires.
• No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
