It rests on a large lot in a quiet, gentrified south Austin neighborhood. 10 minutes from Zilker Park and Barton Springs! Great living spaces, multiple covered patios, gourmet kitchen, outdoor gas BBQ, heated 14'x22' pool, 3000 sqft floorspace. Giant soaker tubs in each of the two master suites with private patios, one upstairs and one on ground floor. Separate upstairs & downstairs living areas with 55" TVs for adults/kids. 3 Bedroom TVs. Fenced front & back yards, suitable for pets or kids. House backs to greenspace creek for privacy and birdwatching. Come and enjoy!

MY GIRL IS A LAWYER

In town for UT AUSTIN LAW SCHOOL Graduation. We had 12 stay at the house with us. It was so perfect. The pool, hot showers and everything in between. If ever in Austin book this house. I know I will.

Great week in Austin

Our family outing of 6 adults and 2 small children had a wonderful stay. The house had everything we needed. Mike the host provided excellent communication. The check in and out was seem less. We would stay here again if ever in Austin.

Amazing

The pictures don’t do this place justice-the house is brand new and so nice. Plenty of space for 6 girls. The pool was so well kept and the perfect day time activity. Close to downtown and the airport. We loved our stay here. The only thing missing was hand soap, only 1 bathroom had it (we didn’t ask for any, the property manager was so kind and I’m sure would have provided it had we asked for more)! We would have also loved a full length mirror and if they really wanted to go the extra mile, the backyard is made for lawn games like corn hole! Overall, all 6 of us were happy and had no complaints!
