This rental has visitor parking (underground private parking available ONLY for extended stays 30 days or more), luxurious ultra padded pool recliners for both pool and jacuzzi, top-of-the-line security with FOB keyless remotes along with a smart heating & cooling system operated by NEST thermostat.
This vacation rental is as secure as it comes and couldn't be located any closer to where all the action is. The property is located on the northwest corner of Indian School Road & Drinkwater Road - walking distance to anything and everything.
All guests will have access to the following areas: the entire loft, private gym, pool area (pool lounge & jacuzzi), underground private parking (ONLY 1 parking spot available) as well as free guest parking located anywhere along 3rd Avenue.

The vacation rental is located on Indian School Road & Drinkwater, less than 1 mile due East of Scottsdale Road. You are within walking distance to the following: Scottsdale Entertainment District (Bottled Blonde, El Hefe, HiFi, Riot House, Dakota, The Mint, The W, District, Maya Day & Night Club, Casa Amigos, Sky Lanes and much more), The Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall, Camelback Mountain, Old Town Scottsdale's Shopping District, Scottsdale Stadium (Home of the San Francisco Giants MLB) and so much more.
* Here in Old Town Scottsdale the streets couldn't be any safer. Not only are you within walking distance to all the bars, restaurants, shopping malls and entertainment centers but you're no more than a 10 minute Uber or Lyft ride to anywhere given your central location.
* In order to gain access to the private underground parking there will be a one-time fee of $25 for a parking permit.
* Please be advised that there is a 25 pound weight limit that is strongly enforced by the HOA for any and all pets. There will be an additional Pet Fee of $150. Pricing can be negotiated based on size, age and training of animal. All guests will be liable, responsible and held accountable for any pet accidents throughout the home (i.e. Urine or poop stains, chewed up furniture, damaged property or missing items).
HOUSE RULES & CHECKOUT PROCEDURES
* QUIET HOURS: The City of Scottsdale enforces a strict policy of quiet hours starting as early at 10 PM. Any violation received by Scottsdale PD, the booking guest will be held personally responsible for paying any fines incurred.
* Please be mindful of other people's property and be respectful of your neighbors.
* NO SMOKING of any kind inside of the unit per the HOA.
* Empty fridge of any and all personal items or leftover food prior to vacating the premises.
* Strip all beds of any dirty sheets, pillowcases, used linens and place them inside of the washing machine prior to vacating the premises.
* Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
* Take out trash prior to your departure. Please be sure to replace trash can with new liner. Both the trash chute and recyclable is located on the 2nd Floor in a room next to the elevator.
* * * Please be sure to place BOTH the set of house keys and the parking decal permit on the kitchen table prior to your departure.

* Guests acknowledge that children and/or handicapped individuals should NOT be left unattended near or around the pool area. Guests acknowledges the inherent risk in swimming or playing around the pool area and hereby assumes any & all responsibility.
