End of Summer Vacation
Overall the property was great! Great layout, furnishings, amazing views and high-end feel. Location is perfect with direct access to beach and restaurants close. Palmetto Dunes is a wonderful, secure area - perfect for our walks. Condo worked great for our family of 4 - bedrooms perfect. Our stay endured 4 days of heavy rain from Tropical Storm (Hurricane) Debbie which left quite a bit of debris, which was quickly picked up. It was likely overwhelming to clean up after this storm event and the staff was unable to maintain the adult pool during our entire stay, nor reset many of the cushions/umbrellas after the storm. This was an extraordinary circumstance. There were some leaks at the Bedroom 2 along base of window (saturating the carpet) and slender Living Room window (dripping water during storm) which need some maintenance. Really love this condo, grounds and location - our 2nd time at this unit.

My family had an absolutely amazing stay here. The condo was in great shape. Very clean. Very spacious. The resort is fantastic. The beach and the pool were both a very, very short easy walk away. Our host was extremely responsive when we had a question. Everything about our stay here was fantastic from start to finish. We will absolutely be back!

Our unit was beautiful! This was our second stay. The pool was not as clean we would like. Lots of leaves and insects floating around most of the week. Other than that it was a lovely place to stay with my family.

The unit was very nice. It was what we expected in both the interior and exterior. Nice close location to the beach. Should have been communicated that you pay a parking fee for every vehicle. Very confusing on who is actually managing the property.

This was our first stay on Hilton head. The check in process was a bit confusing at first, but once we were able to check in the place was beautiful. We had a wonderful stay. The beach is absolutely breath taking and the condo was gorgeous. The owner was great with communication and responsive and we would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic place!
As our second visit to Hilton Head, we decided to upgrade from a hotel, especially with 6 people. This condo exceeded our expectations in every way - ocean view, layout and design, super clean, quiet and extremely convenient with coded entrances. Perfect for 6 of us - decorated and furnished beautifully. Pool was clean and not crowded. Beach beautiful. Hope to rebook this same unit next trip to HH.

We have owned rental property for over 20 years in Palmetto Dunes. We started out in the golf villas and then moved to the ocean. We have 6 children that all love to come back to Hilton Head. We all look forward to when we can return. Our oldest daughter was married on the island. I hope you will love it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We came for the first time to HHI in 1992. We purchased a place in 1993 because we loved our visit so much. We are golfers and tennis players and love the ocean.

What makes this property unique

We love walking the beach. We love the pool and BBQ areas. Kids love to cook out and have s'mores when they come. We love walking and riding bikes to the general store, and all over the plantation.
