Beautiful modern ranch style home on the shores of lake Champlain. Home to the most magnificent sunsets in Vermont, with private dock and light watercraft included. 1 hour away from Smuggler’s Notch, Stowe and Jay peak ski centres. A cherished family home for over 20 years, guaranteed to provide you with incredible memories for a lifetime.
The space
The entire property of approximately 1.5 acres is yours to enjoy!
Guest access
Gas Barbecue, Sauna and fireplace. Kayaks, canoe and paddle board available for use, including life jackets. Access to outdoor firepit and wood included.
Drip coffee and automatic grinder machine, as well as French press and stovetop coffee makers.
Other things to note
Please note that our family regularly occupies the home and although we make every attempt to make our guests feel at home, there are personal items of no value in evidence around the property.

Three Sheds
The property- Three Sheds- is as good as it gets. The house is beautiful— spacious, beautifully furnished, clean, well- equipped and extremely comfortable. We were three adult couples and each of us had privacy and separate bathrooms (the house could accommodate 6 more people). The property and view are spectacular- significant frontage directly on Lake Champlain, with a dock, kayaks and a canoe - privacy and tranquility. You can’t beat watching the sunset from the deck. The owners are gracious and responsive. Can’t imagine a nicer place to gather with friends and family!
