The pass is known for its stunning natural beauty and outdoor recreational opportunities, making it a popular destination for skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and camping. The area offers a variety of vacation rentals including cozy cabins, ski-in/ski-out condos and spacious homes, that can cater to different types of travelers and groups.

During winter months, visitors can enjoy skiing and snowboarding at the Summit at Snoqualmie ski resort, which offers over 2,000 skiable acres and night skiing. Summer months are also great for hiking and camping with many trails in the area for all levels of hikers. The area is also home to several lakes and rivers, where visitors can fish, swim, or boat.

This cabin is currently listed for sale, so you might notice a "For Sale" sign on the property. Rest assured, no showings or property visits will take place during your stay, ensuring you’ll have complete privacy.

While there are some local grocery and food stores nearby, they offer limited selections and tend to be more expensive than major grocery stores. We recommend stocking up on essentials before your arrival to ensure you have everything you need during your stay. This will allow you to fully enjoy your time in the mountains without the need for long trips to restock supplies.

During the winter months, the roads can be slippery. We recommend that you have an AWD/4WD vehicle or bring chains with you. Our local road is plowed by the county, and we have a service that clears our driveway, but there may be times when snow and ice are still on the ground. During snowfall, it's common to see up to a foot of accumulation before the crew arrives. We provide a shovel in case you need to do some extra clearing between snowfalls.

Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. We ask guests to please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Please note that we use a noise monitoring device in the home. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels) in order to prevent parties.

Electricity Use
A daily electricity allowance of 75 kWh is included. This is more than enough for standard usage. Any excess will be billed at local utility rates and shared with guests after the stay.

TERMS OF SERVICE
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
