This is a second floor unit of a duplex property. Downstairs noise may be heard from time to time. Downstairs patio is private to the lower unit.
While garage parking remains private for you, beach items and bikes are stored in the garage for downstairs guests as well.
This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Noise regulations are strictly regulated and enforced.
We supply a starter pack of paper goods and cleaning products. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, multi-purpose spray, hand & dish soap, and shower sets.
Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use.
You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.
