My name is Jeff and I am the owner of a communication agency located in Switzerland. I am 54 years old and my wife and myself have three kids. We are living in Switzerland and are coming to Florida on vacation.
Why they chose this property
The region of Manathee is perfectly located if you love golf and the beaches. The region of Bradenton, Sarassota, St Petersburg and Tampa has beautiful beaches with white sand. You have also access to great animation in Tampa with Bush Garden (60 minutes drive) and in Orlando (120 minutes drive).
What makes this property unique
Location on one of the most beautiful golf course of Florida. Private heated Swimming pool with a swimming line of 25 meters. Private fitness club and Private club including a restaurant and a Tiki Bar. Use of a Golf cart included in the rent.
