I'm a data scientist with a beautiful wife and 5 small children. I moved to Florida in 2007 and am happy to call this great state home. My wife has lived in the Clearwater / St. Pete area since she was 4 years old. We have great family and friends around us and enjoy everything the bay area has to offer.

This property is in an amazing location with thoughtful owners who want nothing more than to provide you with a great experience. The house was our first family home and has been a labor of love. We do all work and remodeling ourselves and take pride in offering our tenants a quiet, clean, and cozy home to make their own.
What makes this property unique
The house sits in a quiet neighborhood on a corner lot. The backyard is hidden from the street and is gated and private. We're fortunate to say the surrounding neighbors are all kind and friendly people. You'll only be minutes from downtown St Petersburg and Tampa. The house is in an extremely central location that boasts an interstate connecting both cities only a mile away. You'll be able to get wherever you need very quickly. The home is fully furnished and ready for your enjoyment. As an added bonus we know the house like the back of our hands since we lived and worked on it for so many years. This means you'll have the comfort of knowing if you experience any issues with the house they'll be taken care of promptly and correctly.
