Beautifully appointed and ultra-comfortable home with sunny, sky-lit, open floor plan. 2+ Bed/2 Bath Southold getaway with extra-large bilevel deck. A short walk/bike ride or about a minute’s drive to Kenney's Beach, the sandiest sound beach on the North Fork with the most spectacular sunsets. Heart of wine country, close to town and all amenities. Master suite with washer/dryer, 2nd bedroom sleeps up to 3, plus den with futon couch. Central AC, ceiling fans, gas grill. House has a piano, turntable, bluetooth speaker setup, fast wifi, well-stocked kitchen and other conveniences. Each party will receive a welcome pack of local goodies. Pets allowed on a case-by-case basis.
