This charming, affordable studio comes with a kitchenette, a one bath with tub, a very comfortable queen bed, couch, ceiling fan, 32' TV with 200 premium cable channels, DVD/CD players, and Free WiFi.

Our efficiency kitchen will save you money; equipped with a fridge, burner, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, and flat/dinnerware for your convenience. There is also a quaint dining space near the kitchen with a table and chairs.

Fantastic location very accommodating !

My husband and I were very pleased with our stay and Gina was very responsive to any questions. We had everything we needed, coffee pot, microwave, fridge, dishes etc.. We parked on the street and never had any issue finding a spot ( parallel parking). Nice neighborhood and very short distance to Huntington Beach. Also there is bikes, coolers, beach mats available for use, great hospitality from the owners!

Perfect studio no close to beach and shops

This studio was perfect. It was close to the beach and shops. The back patio was very convenient and we used it to store our boards. The area was very safe and we were allowed to park our car in the secured car park. The studio was clean and tidy and even had a washer and dryer. The shower pressure was great and there was a bath. It is very quiet and self contained. The kitchen was quite large and had a microwave and large fridge. Free wifi too. We will be back next year!

Affordable Beach Studio

My husband and I rented this for a week while looking for a permanent place to live. We are retiring and moving to be near his family for a year. The little beach studio was clean and comfortable, and Gina's daughter was immediately responsive to one small issue. We especially loved the shower and the bed! I would definitely recommend this to a couple or a couple with one young child. The location is close enough to the hectic Huntington Beach area, but far enough away from the traffic and congestion during the summer. There is no stove or oven, but I was able to use the microwave and the 2-burner appliance provided in order to make small meals. We didn't use the beach bikes which were provided because we simply didn't have time. There was never a parking issue. My only very minor complaints were that there were no plugs for the kitchen sink or for the bathtub.

That was the PERFECT location!

This studio was VERY clean and comfortable! The kitchenette had everything we needed! The proximity to the beach and downtown was very close. This is a quiet place to stay in a lovely neighborhood

The unit served it's purpose

The studio served it's purpose. However, there are few things that were kind of funky. The bathroom door did not close all the way. The sink is in an awkward position. It's right next to toilet so could never get right behind it. Garbage disposal would have been nice. The whole studio needs to be layed out differently to make it more functional space. Throw carpets here and there would have been nice as well. Keys need to be marked. Front door.laundry.bolt etc... Instructions on the tv functions. Gina the owner was very nice and accommodating. Bed was very comfortable and shower head was fantastic! Just some suggestions. Thanks!

Excellent stay!

Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. Gina was very accommodating and everything we needed was provided. The location was perfect. Close to the beach but quiet and safe. We had no problems going out for walks or bike rides. Perfect for a small family!

Clean, quiet, economical stay in Huntington Beach

If you're looking for an economical short-term studio that's quiet and clean this is a good choice. Comfortable queen bed, good quality linens, efficiency kitchen, washer/dryer, and a cruiser bike to ride the mile to the off-road bike path along the beach. Everything was as stated in the listing descriptions. On a budget, this accommodation beats a hotel hands-down.

Huntington Beach treasure

A small but very comfortable and well equipped studio apartment about a mile and a half from the beach. Good off-street parking and functional kitchen including a two-burner hot plate. I would highly recommend it for a couple or family with small children. Access to a washer and dryer were a plus. The owner, Gina, lives on the property and is very accommodating. Highly recommended!

perfect for what we needed

Nothing fancy, but it was everything that we needed, a home away from home. Just the perfect size as we had our 1year old with us as well. A little more expensive than some of the hotels, but then we had our own kitchen to cook all of our meals which saved us money in the end. The location was perfect, we rode our bikes to the beach all the time. It was also a great central location to do day trips from. We miss Huntington Beach already! Thanks Gina.

Excellent Studio

My sister and I loved everything about our stay in this studio. It is located in a great community and we rode the beach bikes (that were provided for us by Gina) to the beach every morning and it was only a ten minute ride. We were able to eat in the studio because it provided us everything we needed, including a toaster and coffee maker! Gina is a wonderful host! This is the ONLY place we are goingto stay from now on. It was clean, comfortable, and to top it off, Gina had a fruit bowl on the table to greet us.

Cozy place

My husband and I stayed here for a week while visiting our son in California. It had everything we needed, laundry, grill, micro, frig. burner. This was super clean and if we had the chance to visit again, we would not hesitate to stay here. The location is wonderful for visits to the beach area and surrounding towns. Loved it.

Great Memories

Dear Gina, Thank you so much for providing a wonderful and cozy accommodation. We had such a nice time in your studio and made great memories. The kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the fact that the refrigerator was not small and dormroom size. The bed was so comfortable too. The patio, larger than some bedrooms, was great. We bbq'd and enjoyed the California sun, once it stopped raining ofcourse. Thank you again and we will be back in the summer.

Best deal in HB

This was a great deal. I came for my best friends wedding. The hotel pries were crazy around here. There was three of us. Very clean and cute. We went to Down Town HB and took a cab, it was very close and cheap about a two minute drive. We would have biked but it rained. Very close to shopping. Everything looked new. It had a nice size patio to hang out. Parking was great, no more having to carry our luggage upstairs. Very friendly owner. Had a flat screen alotugh it is not shown in the picture. Big enogh for four for a about a week, big enough for two for as long as you want. For sure a bargain. The best thing was 7-11 and pizza place was a quick two minute walk. Very easy to get drinks and food. Owner was very nice showed us everything.
