All of our properties do require a Saturday-Saturday stay during Summer and other Peak times of year.
No rentals to parties under the age of 25 or parties consisting primarily of guests under 25, without the presence of parents.

2024 Vacation

Had a GREAT time for our 8th yr coming to Miramar Beach. Stayed at the awesome Majestic Sun. The condo was perfect in every way- CLEAN, kitchen fully equipped w/ stainless steel appliances - decorated TASTEFULLY with an oceanfront AWESOME view!!! Check-in & check out was really easy. Looking forward to next year!!!

First time to Miramar

It was a nice place to stay. It was clean and the TV worked. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony. Rooms were spacious enough for pack-n-play. We did reach out to property manager for kitchen linens but didn’t get a response.

Great vacation

We vacation every year on Eagle beach in Aruba, rated as one of the top two beaches in the world. The week we just spent at this condo rivals the experiences we have had there. This condo was exactly as advertised and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress free vacation and great time. We will definitely rent this condo again but the next time we will stay longer.

Majestic Sun 1010A

Overall view inside and outside was perfectly described. The condo was very clean. It could alil touch up paint around doors and baseboards. The beds were alittle harder than we’re used to. But still very comfortable. The condo was supplied with extra toilet paper, dishwasher pods and soaps in bathrooms. Also tons of towels for families as well. And also a BIBLE in the drawer. We loved this! The AC was great! Especially since we had unusual hot temps since year. The balcony views are always breathtaking. The pool is nice and well maintained with tons of lounge chairs. There’s also an indoor pool that is great for kiddos. We will definitely be back next year. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation

Beautiful beach and condo!

We enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave. Everything we needed to get started and to enjoy our stay was provided - wristbands for the pool, beach chairs for 4, beach umbrella, parking passes - we had fun!

AMAZING!!!

We absolutely loved this property. I wanna give big kudos to the elevators especially. We didn't wait any longer than 1 minute a single time which is the complete opposite of our trip last year (diff condo). The check in process was a breeze and the hosts responded to my messages right away. The condo was very bright and beautiful. The 2 king size beds were comfy and was able to crash in seconds. I was kind of leary In regards to there being a street between the building and the beach, however we didn't find any issue with this at all other than if the pool area was closed you had to walk around the building to get to the front. Even with that being said it wasn't a very long walk at all. We were within walking distance to several restaurants and it is also right on scenic drive, which we loved. We loved the balcony and our view. We even seen several dolphins out in the ocean on several mornings during our stay. This place will surely be remembered and on the top of the list to return in the near future. Thanks.

Loved our unit

First time staying in Miramar, we usually stay at Crystal Beach. Large facility but very well maintained. Our unit had absolutely everything we needed with a beautiful view. Well appointed. Only negative I might add is mattresses. They could be replaced. Both were fairly uncomfortable. Otherwise unit was an A++. We will rent this unit again.

Wonderful stay

I loved the king size beds in both rooms! Plenty of room for my in laws & my family! Also loved the full service kitchen/tools. Great view of the ocean and quick/easy walk to the beach. The owners were easy to communicate with.
