Walkable neighbourhood walking distance to restaurants, park (with Pickleball lines on Tennis Courts) and froyo. Stone's throw from UNC-Asheville on greenway to botanical gardens. 5 minutes to downtown, walkable to Grove Park Inn. House is comfortably furnished and fully stocked.
