Plantation shutters add charm and privacy to this space.

Experience the sights and sounds of the shore from the private covered patio which features two comfy Adirondack chairs and a panoramic view of Amelia Island's famous sand dunes. Can you imagine a better setting for a cup of coffee or a good book?

The fully equipped kitchen with stunning granite countertops, stainless appliances, and a white subway tile backsplash makes meal prep a breeze! A stylish round table with seating for four and complementary sideboard along with the glamorous, beaded chandelier set the stage for elegant dining. Or hang out at the counter which provides additional casual seating for three. Either way guests will certainly find everything needed for meal time convenience!

The peaceful color palette continues in the serene master suite which features a king sized bed, dresser, and armoire. Fantastic place to stay

We saw the photos and description of this property online when booking but that wasn't even comparable to staying here in person! The property, grounds, beach, everything was perfect. It was a short 2 minute walk outside our door to get to what felt like our own private beach. The inside of the property was that of a dream. Everything was there that we needed, along with more. We were comfortable, clean and safe - 3 things you can only hope to feel while you are on vacation. The property was a bit tricky to get to the first time but once we got through security and found the property we were golden. Our son joined us with his puppy for a couple of visits - so we were happy this place was actually pet friendly. All around, best vacation spot we have stayed and we will be back soon!

Fantastic in Every Way

Beautiful condo located steps away from the ocean. The condo was very clean and had everything needed to truly feel like home away from home. Our dog Buddy enjoyed walking out the patio door for his walks and we enjoyed the short walk to the beach. We can't wait to return and would rent this unit again.

Love the location

Everything was great with the exception of the seating in living room. Just not a lot of support for the back. The cushions for the back were not supportive of people with neck or lower back issues. Otherwise everything else was great!

Loved our week's stay!

A lovely 1st floor condo near the beach on Amelia Island. Nicely decorated and functional, just right for us, with my husband in a wheelchair. We came here last November, and wanted to come back in warmer weather. It was hot, but with the AC and nice outdoor pool, we had a good time. Glad to be back!

Great condo

We stayed here a second time this March : location is great and the condo is very comfortable. The management company needs to step it up with regard to cleaning, and the tile floors were very dirty! I don't think they had been mopped in months.

We were never able to locate them. Condo was very roomy and the bathroom and kitchen were very nice. The bedding could use a refresh and the sleeper couch was pretty broken down. The outdoor furniture was also not very inviting.

Great Location

I have been staying at the Plantation for years. I typically stay in Shipwatch but no units were available. I was disappointed but found this condo in Sea Dunes instead - What a nice surprise! The beaches were sandier and less crowded. The pool is also close to the condo and very convenient to get to. Condo was well appointed and everything was as expected. I will be returning to Sea Dunes and this condo in the future! I reccommend you try it too!

Nice condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the beautiful condo for the most part, as it was nicely furnished and comfortable. Our disappointment involved primarily the kitchen. We really wanted to prepare and eat our meals in the condo, but were quite disappointed with the condition of some things. We found mold in and around the ice/water dispenser tray and shower area. Also, the condition of the Teflon pans was the kicker. They were all scarred terribly and unsafe to cook with!! Utensils were pretty sparse as well. Only one fan in the living area worked and although we cleaned and cleaned the dryer vent, the dryer would not work continuously. Believe maintenance should look at cleaning the vent area.If this were our property, we would either check these conditions/items ourselves, or engage a property management group to oversee and report any needed repairs/replacement of items.
