Perfect and peaceful!

The house was just right! Very nice furnishings and comfy beds. Well stocked kitchen supplies. Loved the cows that came up from the field to visit. Beautiful fall foliage. Close to Knoxville for us to get to the football game. Town of Maryville had some nice restaurants and shops.

Little Tennessee House

Rock Hurst is the best .. not only was the house in the ideal location, he directed us to three historical sites, set up a private Whiskey tasting and was available to handle all our special needs. Will definitely do it again!!

Mountain House Getaway

This was a great property for families. Plenty of space inside and out. If we had an issue, it was promptly addressed which was appreciated. Lots of closet space but could use some chests of drawers for those families staying for a week. We enjoyed downtown Knoxville, Seymour and Townsend!

Great Stay

I was in the area for surgery, and we chose this place because it was a good location between the doctor and hospital. A lot of outside yard for my 3 year-old to play. Beds were comfortable after surgery. Had a question for the owner and a response from management was quickly answered. I would recommend this house to anyone. I would also stay here again!

TN Mountain House

This house is exactly what it says it’s going to be! It’s an older farmhouse, but there have been some updates. We came in from Colorado as our son is a freshman at UT. We having the property, the cows, his own bedroom and bathroom for a long weekend and it was quite peaceful, but restaurants nearby and not too far from campus.

Perfect getaway

The Little TN Mountain House was exactly what my family and I needed. It is perfectly nestled in between Knoxville, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg ( I am sure there are many hidden gems that we didn't have time to explore). The kids loved watching the cows and birds. We even saw a coyote and wild turkeys. The home is perfect and cozy! I love that it supplied everything we needed and the beds were very comfy (which is a must). I highly recommend the Little TN Mountain House for your next getaway.
