We live in Lexington, KY with our 4 children, 2 GSPs, and whatever other animals they bring home that week! We love the outdoors whether at the farm, at the lake, or taking in the kids sports.

We love Lake Cumberland, and found the ultimate location! Only minutes from Lake Cumberland Marina, you can be on the water in no time!!
What makes this property unique
This house is a new build, and has all of the amenities one would expect and more! The pull through 16' doors for the garage make pulling a trailer or RV a breeze! We have added a custom fire pit so making smores or telling fish tales will fill your evenings with great memories.
