The townhouse is a roomshare, has 5 bd, 1 full bath on 3rd floor, and 1 half bath on 2nd floor. Central AC. There is laundry access but guest need to have their own laundry detergent.

DO NOT STAY HERE

Please read entire post and do not stay here (even if just quick stay on a budget) Host doesn't know how to use the app. Accepted extension for booking, then accused me of non-payment because he didn't send a payment request (Claimed he couldn't). After he showed up, he finally called VRBO who told him exactly what I'd already explained to him about payment requests. After I showed him proof of payment on my phone, he said I was 'making stuff up, and he would call the police if the situation escalated.' Otherwise, you may not get the room in the photo (I didn't). You may get a room with a dirty mattress and a single top sheet. Bathrooms are disgusting, went uncleaned for a very long time, trash not taken out, etc.
