Little Lakeside Retreat *BOAT RAMP ACCESS*
Welcome to the Little Lakeside Retreat! Enjoy this cozy cabin with a lake view, located 200 yards from a boat ramp. The downtown area is about 10 minutes away for groceries, shopping, or dining out. The property offers plenty of space to park a boat or play games.
THE SPACE: Located off of the highway, down a couple of gravel roads that lead into a paved one.
Bedroom 1: Queen size bed, closet
Bedroom 2: Full size bed, twin size bed, closet
Bathroom: 1 full size bathroom with a tub/shower combo
OUTDOOR LIVING: Carport with seating, ping pong table, charcoal grill, fire pit with seating, outdoor hanging lights, large yard
KITCHEN: Fridge, oven/stove, sink, Keurig, cooking basics, dishes, water dispenser
INTERIOR: Wood burning fireplace (to be serviced soon), 1 smart tv, WIFI, dining table with bench, ceiling fans
GENERAL: Linens/towels provided, central heat/air, complimentary toiletries, keyless entry
Other things to note:
The area is home to some lake dogs that enjoy living life off leash. Sugar and Lulu are likely to swing by to say hi at some point during your stay!
The property uses well water that passes through a filtration system.
