This unique gated, spacious 1,200 sqft executive suite condo has 2 separate bi-level living areas. You can each have your own bedroom, bath, & living room. It is in a prime location of Dallas. Settled in the upscale and peaceful residential neighborhood of Oaklawn, only one block away from Lemmon St, you will appreciate the short walk to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and live music venues.
We are close to everything - Uptown, Downtown, the Medical District, Deep Ellum, and most major highways ( I35, 75, DNT). Cedar Springs Strip is a 10 minutes walk, and CVS and 7-Eleven (open 24 hours) are one block away. Lovefield Airport is 8 minutes away. SMU 10 minutes. Downtown Dallas 12min. Katy Trail 5 min. I am from Thailand & my wife Claudia is from Austria. We live in CA but love Texas, especially Dallas.
Why they chose this property
We got this property when our son Lucas started going to SMU. The purpose is to have a place to stay when we visit him and possibly for him to stay with his roommate in his junior & senior year. In the meantime we'd love to share our special place with others.
What makes this property unique
We fell in love with this place the minute we stepped in for the first time. The floor plan offers split bedrooms for privacy which is perfect for Lucas & his roommate. The bi-level feels spacious. The location is amazing - close to all the happenings (walk score 93 = walker's paradise). Please note that this is a small, quiet 16 unit condominium complex. Not a high rise one with gym, pool, & big crowd. We need to respect the others & keep it peaceful for everyone.
