In the heart of Cobourg just steps to the lake and boardwalk and 5 minutes walking to downtown.

This 3-Storey 10,000 square foot home is immaculately appointed with traditional historic elements and modern luxury.

The main floor is expansive and features a Billiards Room, Dining/Meeting Room, Large kitchen with dining area, and The Calcutt Lounge - an original room fully encased in carved wood with wood-inlay flooring and an exquisitely carved gas fireplace.
The exterior of the property is an extension of the inside and is set up for the perfect group experience. A year-round inground heated pool is kept at 90 degrees so you can have a dip anytime that you come. There are also 2 Scandinavian hot tubs and plenty of space to lounge. In the evenings sit around the gas fireplace to finish off your day.
Our suites have all been individually decorated and each room gives a different feel and mood. They each have TVs, Keurig coffee makers, microwaves, and mini-fridges.

North Wing: This 2nd floor wing is where you will find Posh and Poise Suites. These suites share a sitting area and bathroom with walk-in shower. The Posh Suite is luxury. Decorated in deep purple and gold it feels regal. It has a King Bed, fireplace, and small sitting area. The Poise Suite is all about peacocks. It's vibrantly coloured and features a Queen bed, custom wallpaper and a faux fireplace.

South Wing: This 2nd floor wing holds a King bed Suite, a sitting area, and a shared balcony overlooking the front of the estate.  The Glamour Suite has a full bath and is appointed with beautifully contrasting colours, silver finishings and lots of style.

Serenity Suite: Located on the 3rd floor, this suite is bright an airy. Featuring 3 Queen beds in 2 sleeping areas + 1 double bed, fireplace, sitting area, kitchenette, and full bath. This is an attic room with gabled ceilings and lots of space.

Seaside Suite: Located on the 3rd floor, this suite will take you to the ocean. Relax in the living room with 2 leather couches, TV and Fireplace. The separate Queen bedroom also has a TV, and a single daybed in a small secondary room. There is also a full bathroom, kitchenette, and private balcony overlooking the grounds and neighbourhood. This is an attic room with gabled ceilings and lots of space.
