This Beautiful 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Vacation Retreat is perfect if you are looking to get away but also not far from the white sand beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf. Come and experience one of Florida's best kept secrets. Enjoy your days at the beach and come home to a quiet and peaceful evening. Cameras on the premises owner lives out of state. Grill, enjoy the back covered porch, let the kids play in the game room in garage or play in the fenced back yard. This home is newly furnished and Sleeps 8. The Master has a king bed, the 2nd Bedroom has a Queen, and the 3rd Bedroom has 2 Bunk Beds which are a double on top and bottom. Beach Chairs, Beach Wagon, Beach Towels and Beach Toys are in home for your use. 4 miles to beautiful white sugar sand Navarre Beach. Centrally located to Gulf Breeze Zoo, Parks, Shopping and Restaurants. located in Heather's Place. The garage is set up with games that include a Ping Pong table for family entertainment. The open floor plan has GRANITE COUNTER TOPS in the kitchen with STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES. Keurig Coffee bar. Beautiful vinyl floors in the common and wet areas and carpet in the bedrooms. The Master Bath has a Separate TILE SHOWER and Garden tub. There is plenty of room to enjoy meals around the 6-person dining room table/ stools on Kitchen Bar. There are Roku TVs throughout the home as well. Keurig Coffee Bar. Traveling nurses are welcomed. The home is set back in a beautiful subdivision away from the busy roads of Highway 98. One Dog is allowed 50lbs or less, must be crated, and accompanied by a $350 Pet Fee.
