THINGS TO KNOW
-Guests must sign a separate e-sign agreement with important terms and conditions and ID and credit card verification is required to complete the booking process.
-48 hour notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD $100 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Please note that a 3 night minimum is required for pool heating. Guests may contact Coast Vacation Homes after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.
-In accordance with the local Short Term Rental Ordinance, this home is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound).
-Office contains a pull out sofa bed. At booking, please inform Coast if sofa bed will be used.
ATTENTION
This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.
PARKING:
Oversized gated 3 vehicle driveway. DO NOT PARK TOO CLOSE TO GATE OR MAGNETIC SENSOR WILL NOT ALLOW IT TO CLOSE. There is also additional public street parking directly in front of the home. Please be sure to follow all City posted signage if parking on the street.
