A Terrible experience that went from bad to worse.
This was supposed to be a relaxing/enjoyable experience for my sons’ birthdays. My son was in the hospital 5 months after having heart surgery. This was a rough year and needed a relaxing celebration for his and his brother’s birthdays. My son loves rap and hip-hop and this was supposed to be a great experience, it was anything but.
This was far from “ultra luxury”. I believe the house was vacant for awhile and noone did a walkthrough of the property before listing it to see what needed to be done.
The house was clean on the inside but definitely not luxury as claimed.
There were broken windows, hanging cabinet doors, huge cobwebs on exterior windows, wasps and insect nests on outside cameras and in corners, no pool floats or toys, a broken grill, mildewed outside furniture, hoses and trip hazards in the front.
Communication was HORRIBLE (not responding)
Pool had not been serviced (could not use 1st day)
Not able to locate thermostats (had “alarm.com”)
NO trash bags (in amenities)
NO hand soaps (in amenities)
Handle on the ice maker broken (damage dep)
A bathroom in the fam rm was locked and not usable (the nearest one in the master) (4 baths listed)
Outside lounge furniture was filthy/mildewed
Multiple panels and switches with no labels or instructions. I chose to stay after the 1st day because I truly believed they were actually going to rectify the issues after our 1st phone call. The communication was unprofessional and showed they had no respect for guests.
