This newly built 3 bedrooms and 2 baths guest house with separate private entrance is conveniently located in the heart of Little Saigon, Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, Beaches, and most of Orange County attractions. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Inside you'll find brand new stylish furnishing and amenities for a comfortable stay.

Inside this guesthouse you will find large living space set up for travelers and families for a perfect trip! Comfortably leather sofa along with 60 in tv for entertainment. Bar height dining counter stools are perfect for sitting and enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. The kitchen is equipped with essentials for a basic meal. Basic condiments are provided. There’s filtered water as well.

Within all 3 bedrooms are queen sized beds with memory foam mattresses medium firm for the best rest.

1st bedroom- 1 queen bed, 50 in TV with netflix
2nd bedroom- 2 queen beds
3rd bedroom- 1 queen bed, attached full bathroom.

Laundry is available within the house; detergents are provided.

This is a quiet neighborhood. Strictly no party allow. The maximum capacity is 8 people. If house rules are break, your reservation will be cancel at the time. You will be ask to leave the property immediately. $200 will be charge for each additional person over the allow capacity.

A brand new property to our family - Absolutely clean and spacious. If you are an Asian food culture fans, this place is too right for you - Located in the heart of Little Saigon, we walked to our favorite restaurant, and shopped for good food in the Little Saigon area. WE ARE VERY VERY VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PLACE. Communication with the host is super easy and well explained. Just love this place, all of us.

Cute Guest House

The rental is a guest house, but it has its own private entry. The home was very clean and very cute. The owner was very nice and helpful when needed. It lacked a few items such as dressers, additional blinds/curtains, sheet on bed but that might just be a personal preference. Nothing that would keep me from staying here again. The cleanliness was on point and that made it very comfortable. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend.
