Dear guest, keep it simple at this homey and centrally located place, located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Ideal home for a family vacation and a friend's getaway. Walking distance to the beautiful Ware Park and only five minutes drive to the Crescent Beach White Rock. There is Free parking for two cars on the premises. Easy access to public transportation, the bus stop is. just in front of our house. We hope you will enjoy your stay and feel at home!

Terrible Experience!

There was no stay. You billed me through Canada Stays but I got nothing. No confirmation, no address, no reservation on my Vrbo account. I spent hours trying to problem solve but got gaslit. So thanks for nothing. This was a terrible experience, so upsetting!

Was good. Easy to access, quick drive to White Rock beach, few blocks to Safeway and restaurants, and cafes, easy access to parking and entrance.Seems like a safe neighbourhood. ( no ocean view; which is claimed in the ad, I believe?)needs a couple things--dryer doesn't work no dead bolt or chain on door--

Good Value, Good Location

This suite is in a decent area and is about half the price of other places to stay in the area. The place is clean located in a safe neighbourhood with a dedicated parking spot. Comfort wise, it is utilitarian and the bed is comfortable. The ceilings are very low, my husband is 6’4” and we had to constantly worry about him hitting his head. He had to continuously duck his head to get around the suite because of this we won’t be staying again. Also the living room fireplace and stone pictured in the listing is painted completely white now which was disappointing. Primer white isn’t relaxing. Pleasant host and safe stay.

Quiet neighborhood not too far from the pier

We enjoyed our stay. A basement suite included 1 bedroom, 1 shower, living room with two additional single sleeping cots. Laundry, kitchen includes fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and dishes. It had what we needed and we spent most of our time enjoying the outdoors.

Great place to stay with family.

Property was clean with good amenities. Washer and dryer with well equipped kitchen, large oven and fridge freezer great food cooking up a good meal to save on eating out costs. Large double bedroom and two single futtons in living room which works well with kids. Nice area and handy to get out and about on 16th Ave. Parking and entry located at back of property rather than straight onto main road. Hosts really nice upstairs and no real sound issues between living areas. Really enjoyed staying here.

Short Trip

The property is well kept, in a quiet area and was easy to find. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was great. We will use it again the next time we stay in the Whiterock area.

Love the chocolate!!

Very new basement suite set up for Air B n B. Very clean and comfortable bed. Good internet and TV available. The owners are lovely and I wish them well.
