- The cleaning of the properties is performed by a professional cleaning company that is taking extra precautions to avoid any risk of contagion from Covid-19.

Energy: Energy consumption has an additional cost. To cover this expense, we require a $300 deposit at the time of booking, which will be refunded in full within 7 business days of your check-out, once actual expenses have been calculated. So you can enjoy your stay without worries!

Water: Water service is included, with a limit of 5 cubic meters per day. Any excess consumption will be charged as an additional charge ($1 per cubic meter)
