Welcome to our stunning Spanish Colonial Oasis, nestled in the heart of Brentwood, California 90049. Located minutes from upscale shopping-restaurants and 10 mins form the Beach and hiking trails . Rich in Hollywood history having been featured in movies and popular t.v. shows including "Curb your Enthusiasm" Book your stay and get ready to create lasting memories in our exquisite Spanish colonial retreat. Cooks Kitchen- outdoor bbq pool.
Pool will be heated prior to your arrival if desired . Renter must sign a liability waver re::Pool. Maid service light cleaning is included Monday Wednesday and Friday- trash removal light laundry. Plant maintenance comes once a week on Friday.
No pets. Housekeeper lives in detached guest house with 2 small poodle dogs and will be available 23-7 to help. Your total privacy will be respected. Gated property.
Property has security cameras facing the front and the street for everyone's protection.
Room for one car in the driveway with clicker must be returned at the end of the street.
