Lake Acworth is directly across from the Blue Bungalow and park entrance is approximately 50 yards away. Lake Point sports complex is 10 min away. Downtown Acworth is less than a mile. Acworth City has so much to offer, festivals, fire works, boating, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, canoeing, pickle ball, playgrounds, hiking trails, shopping and fine dining. Don’t miss Red Top Brewery or the new 1885 restaurant featured in Real Housewives of Atl!

Open access to walking trails near and around Lake Acworth, dock, covered gazebo, picnic area and playgrounds all open to the public.

Beautiful three bedroom two bath on quiet street adjacent to Lake Acworth. Sip coffee from your front porch with the view of the lake. The blue bungalow is less than 5min to the boat ramp for lake Allatoona. Kayaks and gold cart are provided to enjoy a full experience of the lake and all that downtown Acworth has to offer.

Golf cart community. Golf cart provided to all licensed drivers. Walking distance to Lake Acworth and Downtown Acworth.

Acworth is a golf cart path community, therefore residents and guests can access all of downtown via golf cart access on the public streets. Enjoy dining, shopping, antiquing and all the activities both Lake Acworth and Lake Allatoona have to offer.
