The garage has been transformed into an epic guest suite featuring two king beds and a brand new marble bathroom. The master bedroom offers a king bed and an attached bathroom, while the California three room offers another king bed. This property was newly renovated, and they did an INCREDIBLE job. We had 13 people coming in for Coachella weekend 1. House: The house is the best for large groups. It's the perfect amount of 5 rooms and 4 full bathrooms. The beds in every room are huge. Parking is great as well! The house was stocked full of so much stuff that we didn't need to bring or buy! Coffee, spices, cooking utensils, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc. Gaming: The pool table was so much fun! We didn't get a chance to play foosball or ping pong. Outside and the pool: Costs extra for the heated pool and spa, but so worth it. The cold at night and the hot of the water is the best thing ever. Perfect amount of patio seating etc. Check in/out: Easy process! Communication: I communicated mainly with Sergio, Katy's assistant. He is amazing!!! Responses quickly and is super helpful! Thank you so much Sergio!! Misc: There were great spots to work remotely if needed. There was also a printer, but we didn't need to use it. Also, GREAT sound system and TVs. I would highly recommend this place and would l absolutely come back next year!!

Almost excellent

Overall we were pleased with our stay. The house was the perfect size for our group and was well equipped. However, the neighbor’s dog barked all night long disrupting our sleep. Additionally, there was an extra charge to heat the hot tub and pool. One of the days the hot tub wouldn’t heat. They sent someone over to fix the issue, but by the time the tub was heated it was very late in the evening.
