There are four generous bedrooms within the home and one in the separate studio with each offering comfortable beds topped in soft, quality linen along with wall-mounted Smart TVs giving everyone their own space to unwind. Studio has its own entrance and is separate from the main house. Studio also has a bathroom and a small kitchen.
The lavish master bath and the central bathroom come stocked with all the essential amenities and plenty of fluffy towels for your stay. Guests also have access a full laundry with a washer and dryer so you can pack light and wash on the go.

The Villa is located within the leafy Ives Estate neighborhood that offers numerous diverse eateries, markets, and shops serving up an array of authentic Caribbean and Latin American cuisine and all your favorite chains.
Stock up on supplies just a 10 minute walk from your door at the local Winn-Dixie where you’ll also find a Planet Fitness and some stores. If you don’t feel like cooking, eat out with a Subway, Dunkin and Burger king just a short walk away or drive to Adventura Mall where you can shop til you drop and then refuel with something to satisfy even the fussiest of eaters.
Enjoy the nearby Greynolds Park, Oleta River State Park for a picnic under a tree, or make your way to the coast and spend your afternoons soaking up the Miami sun on the pristine beach just 15 minutes away.

Getting Around:
Do not park in front of other houses and on the street.
The best way to get around is by car with free parking for up to 4 vehicles included during your stay or by bus with the closest stop an 8-minute walk from the house.
Cycling on the beach and the boardwalk is a very popular, not to mention beautiful, ride with several Citi Bike bike-share stations located around the city making it easy to hire a bike.
Another great way to see the city is by the SoBe Local bus. It runs every 13 to 30 minutes daily and brings passengers to many popular destinations. The South Beach Loop trolley operates four free trolley routes in and around South Beach. They operate from 6 a.m. to midnight, Monday through Saturday and 8 a.m. to midnight on Sundays.
Guests can also use a taxi service or a rideshare company like Uber with plenty of cars at any time of the day or night.
