Across the street from the Ritz Carlton Naples, short stroll or ride to Pavilion Plaza and MERCADO with a myriad of fine dining, gyms, bike rentals, spas and shops, Whole Foods & Publix. 5TH Avenue, Venetian Village to the South are a short drive (Uber &Lift readily available) or bike. Airport RSW or Private Aviation Naples Field. Off-street Parking for 1 Car. 2nd floor.

Come stay with us! My name is Tom. We enjoy traveling, beaches and being outdoors as much as possible. We hope that you have a comfortable stay at our Naples Vanderbilt Beach condo! We are happy to provide restaurant, museum and and activity recommendations. We have been in Naples for over 30 years and hope you love it as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
It overlooks the lagoon and has nice views of boats on the water as well as the occasional dolphin or alligator. It is an EASY 1/2 block to the wonderful sugar-white sands of Vanderbilt Beach. Although a car is nice, if you like to walk or ride bikes you can get to a lot of great things like Whole Foods, LA Fitness, Yoga Studios, Publix, KC Bistro and all the bars and restaurants of Mercado about 1 mile+- away. There is an assigned parking space should you bring a car.
