Beware
Cabin is a nice & a nice location. Check in was easy & the cabin was able to accommodate the amount of people the listing represents comfortably. Upon arrival we could not get into the game room & weren’t able to get in contact with the host for 3 hours. This was frustrating bc we had several children with us & the game room was a huge selling point for us. Eventually after 3 hours of trying to get ahold of the host we were able to gain access, & find the game room a slight let down. The Nintendo didn’t have controllers, the pool table didn’t have all the balls. The hot tub area was just kinda yucky- there was broken glass in the floor we had to clean up.m. Hot tub was uncovered & cold upon arrival. We pulled out the sofa bed & found lots of mouse poop on the sheets that were on the bed.(we closed that right back & didn’t use) Bath towels smelled like moldy cigarettes. The table and countertops were sticky & gross- just a really poor cleaning job prior I suppose. Again trouble getting ahold of & getting a solution out of the host. The day after arrival I finally just messaged demanding someone come to clean the place & shared my complaints. We left for the day (prepped the home for cleaning) & were told the cabin was cleaned while we were gone. That ended up being untrue. They came in & dropped some new towels & sheets on the couch in the living room & left. It was just overall the worst cabin I’ve stayed in this area. There’s better hosts out there.
