Curtis and Sarah embarked on their short term rental adventure together back in 2022. After having lived in, worked on, improved upon and lovingly cared for the Craftsman for over 20 years, the couple has since relocated to Springfield, OR where they are now raising a family and are both licensed real estate agents. Homes, both short term and long term, are their passion, and transitioning into Airbnb & VRBO has been both seamless and enjoyable! We hope you love your stay at the Craftsman's Oasis!
Why they chose this property
Curtis often says, when he bought the Craftsman back in 2001, he didn't purchase a fixer, he purchased a rescue. This 1920's Craftsman had seen better days and required a ton of blood, sweat and tears to bring it back to its once previous state of historical beauty. Lovingly updated with modern comforts in mind, yet retaining its historic charm, this Craftsman has been a 20+ year project to bring it where it is today!

The Craftsman Oasis is conveniently located across the street from Maurie Jacobs park and the Willamette River Bike Path. Take this beautiful river path to easily access all of downtown Eugene, bike on over to Springfield, Autzen Stadium, U of O, the Whitaker, 5th Street Market, The Cuthbert Amphitheater, Cafes, Restaurants or Breweries. Your options are endless and just minutes away!
