This mountain themed cabin is a great vacation rental for a small family or group of friends. Perfect for anyone looking for action around Mammoth Lakes, the home is nestled between year-round activities. The Eagle Lodge and Eagle Express Chairlift are within walking distance. Snowcreek Golf Course and hiking or biking trails are a quick drive away. Drive into town for shopping and great restaurants.

Enter the home and drop off your snow gear in the full mudroom. A fully equipped kitchen is at the front of the home. There are all appliances a chef could need to cook up gourmet meals. Guests may keep the chef company by taking one of the 3 seats at the built-in breakfast bar. A formal dining table is steps away with 6 seats.

Turn on the fireplace with the provided wood to create a cozy atmosphere. Have the family gather around the Smart TV for a movie. A DVD player and high-speed internet are offered for entertainment. The couch functions as a sofa sleeper for additional guest space. Step onto the atrium balcony for fresh air and views of the surrounding area.

At the end of the night, choose one of the 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable King-sized bed, portable AC unit for the warm Summer months, and a Smart TV. There is also access to the balcony and an attached private bathroom. The bathroom has a vanity area and shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a Queen and a Twin-sized bed. A TV and full bathroom can be found in this room too.

Underground parking is available for 2 cars (garage height 7'1"). Laundry facilities and elevators are in each building. The shared condo BBQ stations, picnic areas, and a swimming pool only open during the summer. The 3 hot tubs are open year round.

**We highly suggest purchasing Travel Insurance during the winter season when weather and road conditions can be unpredictable. Please check the Division of Traffic websites and travel at your own risk. Without the purchase of Travel Insurance, your Vacation Home Rental Reservation cannot be canceled due to poor weather conditions.**

Mammoth Mid-Week Stay

Nice condo overall! Well appointed and clean unit. Important note, not mentioned in the listing, there is absolutely no view outside through the slider or windows. They are all boarded up. This makes the place feel very claustrophobic. Also, the checkout process if you plan to ski the last day is ridiculous. They expect the keys to be dropped no later than 10:00 in town. This means that you have to drive the opposite way from the resort, drop the keys early, then drive back up the hill. The unit was not ready either at checkin time, which was very irresponsible. I would look elsewhere.

Great Location

Walking distance to Eagle, plenty of room for our family of four. Got snowed in and the management company worked with us to extend our stay one day. Would consider this property again.

Great Place and Location

We had a great stay. Our unit was very spacious and comfortable and had a nice new kitchen! Just a very short walk to Eagle Lift which was perfect! We'll be back!

Lovely condo

A very nice spacious condo with plenty of amenities. Loved the many Southwestern art pictures hanging on the walls! We have stayed at Aspen Creek Condos in the past and have always been very satisfied.

Sad to say, there was very strong marijuana smell that entered the condo through the bathroom ventilation and underground garage area smelled too. There are signs posted no smoking. We left a day early. The staff that runs the facility were friendly.

Good location but very old and unkept condo

Condo is close to Eagle lodge which is great BUT the condo is dirty with old and worn out sheets. Building is old and dirty. Property management didn’t give us access to the condo until 4:30 because they were cleaning it. Considering the state of the place this is quite a joke. Not recommending.

Property managers were very nice and helpful. The couch is not comfortable and some of the artwork scared the kids but overall it is a great place to stay. It is very spacious...much bigger than our family if 4 needed. The kitchen is fully stocked and the patio area is cute. The building feels very safe and is close to everything. We would stay there again.

Mammoth getaway

this place was ok...... it is walking distance from eagle lifts... which was a plus.... condo... is old fashioned and needs some upgrades... but everything worked and heater was working too... I would stay again .....
