Simple and comfortable, with air conditioning in the bedroom and ceiling fan in the living room. Large balcony with hammock, barbecue, bench and table where you can make all meals. Screen on the windows and door guarantee distance of gnats when indoors. For couples or families up to 4 people. Excellent choice within 30 meters of track for one of the most beautiful beaches of Ilhabela! It has a bakery across the street where you can buy in addition to freshly baked bread, all sorts of convenience items. There is an open space for parking a vehicle and the wi-fi is complimentary. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, but there is a balcony that can be used for smoking.

Tudo excelente, a começar pelo Octávio que é um anfitrião incrível. O Chalé é muito limpo e muito bem cuidado, além de ficar muito perto de uma praia maravilhosa. Vale muito a pena. Obrigado pela estadia Octávio, voltaremos com toda certeza

Ótima localização

A casa fica na praia do Julião e é bem localizada ( para a sua comodidade, bem em frente a casa tem uma padaria e próximo possui um restaurante ). A casa tem tudo o que você precisa para passar bons dias na ilha. O Octávio é um ótimo anfitrião e a sua casa é bem aconchegante e limpa. Levamos nosso cachorro, que adorou e ficou super a vontade. Só temos que agradecer e com certeza voltaremos mais vezes, Leonardo e Rafaela.

Excelente en todo sentido

En la mejor playa de Ilhabela estuvimos alojadas en un confortable departamento por un anfitrion que cuido de cada detalle y nos acompaño y ayudo durante toda nuestra estadia. No pudo ser mejor. Gracias Octavio por su amabilidad.
