I chose this neighborhood due to its central location. I love its proximity to Las Vegas downtown entertainment, high quality restaurants in Spring Valley, shopping in Summerlin, and nature in Red Rock Canyon and Lee Canyon.
What makes this property unique
I think my property has a great combination of sensible decor, child-safe furniture, extra-clean housekeeping, a pool and jacuzzi for outdoor enjoyment, and a cozy, yet spacious atmosphere. My guests have loved staying at this house since 2023.
