The dining area has seating for 6 and the kitchen bar has seating for 2, a dining table with sating for four, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.

PARKING: This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space (complimentary), additional metered street parking is available on a first come, first serve basis.

The building is centrally located to all of Miami's hotspots. It is minutes from Wynwood, Downtown and Brickell. It is also very close to the bridge that leads to South Beach. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars and are all within walking distance of the property


Metromover is around the corner from the building . Uber is recommended
