The living area offers comfortable seating with a large sectional sofa, flat screened t.v. and access to the balcony. Enjoy your favorite book or cocktail when lounging outside on the deck overlooking the pool and beaches. Chances are, this will be your favorite location in the entire condo!

The well appointed master bedroom provides comfort with a king sized bed, plenty of closet space and spotless master bathroom. The second guest room has two twin beds, making this an ideal location for families with young children. A washer and dryer are also included in this property as are linens, extra towels and pillows.

There is one assigned parking spot for this condo. Only one car can park at Madeira Norte. Additional parking spots are not provided to Madeira Norte Guests.

Please note the Rules and Regulations for Madeira Norte Condominiums prohibit motorcycles on the property. The Board of Directors has authorized the removal of motorcycles via a local towing company.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including fax, copy, and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.
