Beautiful House - 3 bedrooms - 5 beds + sleeper sofa with 2 bathrooms, heated pool and two-car garage. House is in a great location near shopping plazas, restaurants and the famous Legacy Trail perfect for biking, running and more. You will have short distance to Nokomis Beach, Caspersen Beach, Manasota Beach, Starbucks and a lots of places to visit in the Sarasota and Venice area....you can walk to the First Watch for breakfast or lunch, shop at Dollar Tree, Burlington, Marshall's, Beals and stop at Bonefish on the way home...while it's not within walking distance to the beach it is 3 miles drive to Sharky's on the Pier or only about 4 miles away from the Venice Beach. Situated at a dead-end in a peaceful community. Lots of outdoor space around the house with beautiful palm trees and a large patio area around the pool is great for sunning, dinner at sunset or looking at the stars. Board games, a gas grill, and more at your disposal.

An absolutely wonderful experience

We were delighted with our stay. We have never stayed at a nicer home. The owner is gracious, attentive, helpful and keeps the home impeccably clean. The heated pool was wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The beach is a short drive and downtown Venice is 2 miles away. Great grocery and supplies for daily needs less than a mile. Our granddaughters came and stayed for a week and the 3 bedrooms can accommodate an extended family. The entire home was recently remodeled and there are great appliances. We signed up for time next year - nothing more to say.

Great house

Our family stayed in this house for spring break. Great house - nice layout with enough comfortable sleeping options for everyone. Good common areas as well. Pool was great - clean & warm. Kids stated that it was their favorite vacation house that we’ve stayed in!

Great home!

This home was perfect for my family of 6. It had everything we needed including stuff to bring out to the beach! Chairs, toys, even a shark tooth shovel lol. We had a great stay here and would recommend to anyone!

Last minute Christmas need

Perfect for what we needed, which was a crashpad for 4 plus a dog since all of us couldn't fit at grandmas. Perfect House!

We had a fantastic family stay at this house. Great communication, house was exactly as pictured/described, and probably the cleanest rental we have stayed at. Location is very convenient and neighborhood is quiet. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and there were several games to entertain the kids. Pool was nice as well.

Perfect 4-night stay

Wavy Palms Review

Our recent stay at Wavy Palms was fantastic for myself, and a few kids while in the area for a baseball tryout. The accommodations were as described, and clean. One of the most important things in using Vrbo for me. Clean space. The house had everything we needed and made our stay perfect. Anna and the check in and communication process couldnt have been better and I would definitely stay again if in the area based on our recent visit

Splish Splash, we loved this pool!

This property was SO clean. The kitchen is well equipt and we didn't have to buy items at Publix such as dish & clothes detergent, new sponge, paper towels, paper cups, and the list goes on. The pool is sparkly clean with so many pools toys & floats. My 4 grandkids enjoyed the pool so much and spent hours with their cousins and never bored. The location was ideal for us being near the beaches and my son & family's house. The bedroom was a perfect place for the kids to share a room! I will hopefilly reserve this house when the family gets together again!

Fantastic rental!

Great house and pool! The house was very clean, well appointed and equipped with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and a great configuration for a family with children! We did a lot of cooking and grilling and the kitchen was awesome! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and had lots of fun swim time! Pool toys were a bonus! This property was exceptional in Every way!!

Very clean home

Pictures were extremely accurate. House was incredibly clean. Pool is immaculate. Grocery stores close. Beach is less than a 10 minute drive. Restaurants less than 5 minutes drive. We have three younger kids and I liked that all of them were in one bedroom. House looks like it was newly renovated. I would recommend this house if you are vacationing with kids.

Loved our stay! Ania thought of everything we could possibly need. Even had beach towels and all gear you need to go to beach . Was great having a pool - very relaxing way to end a day. Location is convenient to beaches, and downtown Venice and shopping. Would definitely recommend.

Wavy baby!

Terrific house for families! Fully stocked kitchen, linens, and beach stuff. Comfortable beds, CLEAN, incredibly quiet cul de sac. A great central location to popular beaches. Pool was heated, nice couch and lounges outside to relax on, grill was new. Plenty of room inside and games for kids to play. Host was awesome. City water, no sulfur smells. A must stay!
